A Systems Architect of Growth & Intelligence

My operating principles, mental models, and approach to solving complex problems.

1. The Lens I Use to Understand the World

I see everything as a system.

Outcomes aren’t random — they’re the result of structure, incentives, and information flow.

I start by mapping the architecture beneath the surface. When the system becomes clear, the solution becomes simple.

My work centers on one goal:

Reduce noise, expose structure, and design systems that create clarity and leverage.

2. The Mental Models I Rely On

Systems First

Every problem is a system problem. Change the system → change the outcome.

Inputs → Processing → Outputs

Most failures come from unclear inputs or flawed processing, not output problems.

Incentive Geometry

People follow incentives before they follow instructions. Align incentives early.

Signal Over Noise

Better information improves every decision that follows it.
